common words/phrases I find myself saying outloud when I'm alone

1. "meow" or "reow" (an example of use: said when I stub my toe or try to lift something heavy)

2. "bird!" or "it's a bird!" (said when I see or hear a bird)

3. "oh blarg" (when it's just not going my way)

On occasion these phrase come out when I'm with other people, or when I'm just walking on the street, after the words are out I realize "oh that probably seemed weird." it's an nbd.

I always say many things to myself when alone. most commonly "gosh" and "really?" "what the fuh is juice?" amongst other entire conversations. i think this began happening as I approached twenty five. I expect by twenty six (on month) to abandon all friends and just talk to myself
